In the event of an exchange of products, the customer is obliged to pay the difference
price (if the product for which the customer decides to exchange is purchased
the goods are more expensive) and bears the cost of re-shipment, which should be transferred to
our account number provided in the application, entering the transfer number in the transfer title
orders with the note "EXCHANGE".
When returning or exchanging a product for a cheaper one, remember to enter it
in the appropriate box on the form, your bank account number, on
which we will refund.
