What does the exchange procedure look like?

In case of replacement of products, the customer is obliged to pay the difference in price (if the product for which the customer decides to exchange the purchased product is more expensive) and to bear the cost of re-shipment, which must be transferred to our account number provided in the application, by entering in the title of the transfer the order number with the note “EXCHANGE”. When returning or exchanging a product for a cheaper one, please remember to enter in the appropriate box on the form your bank account number to which we will refund the funds.

What does the complaint procedure look like?

In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, it is possible to return the defective product to our registered office, together with a description of the nonconformity (within 14 working days from the moment of return of the goods). Naturally, in this case we cover the shipping costs. There is also the option of contacting us to agree on another solution, such as a partial refund or a discount on your next purchase.

How does pre-sale work?

Pre-sale allows you to purchase a model before it is available. When you pre-order a product, you pre-order it to make sure that you will be among the first to receive the product after its launch date, i. e. after the product is made available. The purchase mechanism works as follows: to make a reservation you must pay a deposit of 10% of the total price of the product, at the moment it is available, comes a notification asking you to complete the payment in order to realize and you are done!

Which models are new and which are used?

Every new model is listed in the category “New Models” and used models in the category “Used Models”. In addition, the description always contains information about the condition of the model and its possible imperfections.

Is it possible to choose cash on delivery?

Naturally, there is an option to choose a cash on delivery fee at the time of order processing.

Is it possible to collect in person?

In some cases (agreed by the parties) it is possible to collect the goods personally at our registered office in Chorzów. So if you want to pick up your order in person, please contact us.

How long does shipping take?

Shipments are sent within a maximum of 1 to 10 working days from the receipt of the payment / recording of the payment (usually we process orders within 24-72h). In special cases (i. e. holidays, holidays, etc. ) the order processing time is extended to 14 working days from the moment the funds are credited to the bank account or from the moment the ordered products are completed.
